The BA2903YFV-CE2 is a ground sense comparator in 8 pin SSOP package. This dual independent high gain voltage comparator is manufactured for automotive requirements of engine control unit, electric power steering and antilock brake system.
- Operating supply voltage range from 2V to 36V, split supply from (±1V to ±18V)
- Operating temperature range from -40°C to +125°C
- Automotive grade AEC-Q100 qualified
- Standard comparator pin assignments
- Common mode input voltage range includes ground level allowingdirect ground sensing
- Internal ESD protection circuit
- Low supply current of 0.8mA (typ)
- Input bias current of 50nA (typ)
- Input offset current of 5nA (typ)
