ML63Q2557-NNNTBZWBY is a 32bit MCU built-in Solist-AI accelerator & CAN controller. This LSI is a high-performance low power 32bit microcontroller. Equipped with a 32bit CPU core Arm®Cortex®-M0+, it implements peripheral circuits, such as the Solist-AI accelerator and CAN controller. Typical applications include consumer and Industrial equipment (e.g., household appliances, housing equipment, office equipment, measurement instrumentation, etc).
- 32bit Arm® Cortex®-M0+ CPU with SysTick timer and Serial Wire Debug support
- On-device AI learns/predicts without cloud; supports FFT and bFloat16 processing
- Flash: 256KB program, 8KB data, CPU runs while data flash rewrites
- Interfaces: CAN FD (5Mbps), UART (4ch), I²C, SSIOF (2ch), GPIO up to 49 channels
- Motor control PWM, 12-bit SA-ADC (2 units), analogue comparators for sensor integration
- Power modes: HALT, STOP, clock gear; ultra-low consumption down to 2µA (STOP mode)
- RTC, 1kHz timer, 16/32bit timers, WDT, and clock adjust ±488ppm for real-time control
- DMAC (2ch) supports burst/cycle-steal modes, 65K transfer count, and multiple triggers
- Robust design: avalanche-tested, VLS (10 levels), power-on/WDT/reset protection
- Operates -40°C to +105°C, VDD 2.3–5.5V, 10mA at 48MHz, 27µA at 32.768kHz
