LM239DT is a low-power quad voltage comparator with an offset voltage specification as low as 2mV. The comparator has been designed specifically to operate from a single power supply over a wide range of voltages. Operation from split power supplies is also possible. This comparator also has unique characteristic in that the input common mode voltage range includes ground even though operated from a single power supply voltage.
- Wide single supply voltage range or dual supplies for all devices: +2 to +36V or ±1V to ±18V
- Very low supply current (1.1 mA) independent of supply voltage
- Low input bias current of 25nA typ
- Low input offset current of ±5nA typ, low input offset voltage of ±1mV typ
- Input common-mode voltage range includes ground
- 250mV low output saturation voltage
- Differential input voltage range equal to the power supply voltage
- TTL, DTL, ECL, MOS, CMOS compatible outputs
- Available in 14 pin SOIC package
- Operating temperature range from -40°C to +105°C
