TL084BIDT is a high-speed, JFET input, quad operational amplifier incorporating well-matched, high voltage JFET and bipolar transistors in a monolithic integrated circuit. This device features high slew rates, low input bias and offset currents, and low offset voltage temperature coefficient.
- Wide common-mode (up to VCC+) and differential voltage range
- Low input bias and offset current, output short-circuit protection
- High input impedance JFET input stage, internal frequency compensation
- Latch up free operation, high slew rate is 16V/µs typical
- Supply voltage range from 6V to 36V
- Input offset voltage is 3mV typical at (Rs = 50 ohm, Tamb = +25°C)
- Input offset current is 5pA typical at (Tamb = +25°C)
- Input bias current is 20pA typical at (Tamb = +25°C)
- Large signal voltage gain is 200V/mV typ at (RL = 2Kohm, Vo = ±10V)
- Operating temperature range from -40°C to 125°C, SO-14 package
