The 8526610000 is a Signal Converter with analogue output and external power supply. The WAS/WAZ1 CMA measures single-phase 50/60Hz AC currents of up to 10A using the transformer-based Root Mean Square (RMS) method. The input can be selected in the ranges 1/5/10A using DIP switches. DC current monitoring components can be used to measure single-phase AC or DC currents of up to 60 A, depending on the particular version. DIP switches are used to select 2 or 3 ranges for the input sensitivity. The True RMS hall sensor technique is used to measure the current. The wire is not connected but is instead routed directly through the device. This measurement method is not sensitive to continuous surge currents, current peaks or high start-up currents.
