MD-ISK-I30-1000-P5-ANSI

MD-ISK-I30-1000-P5-ANSI is an ANSI mineral insulated thermocouple with threaded pot. Flexible mineral insulated probe with Inconel® Alloy 600 sheath with M8 x 1.0mm fine pitch threaded pot seal & tails. Inconel® Alloy 600 provides excellent oxidation resistance to 1100°C (not suitable for Sulphur bearing atmospheres above 550°C). Typical applications include heat treatment processes, annealing furnaces, chemical reactors, man -made fiber and synthetic material production, steam boilers and paper industry.

• Highly flexible, sheath can be bent/formed to suit many applications and processes
• Insulated hot junction, probe temperature range from -40°C to +1100°C
• M8 x 1.0mm fine pitch threaded pot seal (200°C)
• Termination is 3.938inch PFA twin twisted 7/0.2mm tails, color coded in accordance with ANSI MC96.1
• Sensor type is type K(nickel chromium/nickel aluminum) to ANSI MC96.1
• Single element, junction insulated from sheath (protection against spurious electrical signals)
• Pot seal rating is 200°C
• 0.1182inch probe diameter, 39.370inch probe length
• Yellow positive tail wire and red negative tail wire
