The 850F1R0E is a Through-hole Resistor with anodized aluminum metal housing, silicone internal coating, ceramic core and solder-coated axial terminals. The 89 series is a high-performance axial type resistor. This molded-construction metal-housed resistor is available in higher power ratings than standard axial resistor and is better suited to withstanding vibration, shock and harsh environmental conditions. The 89 series Metal-Mite® resistor housing is to maintain high stability during operation and to permit secure mounting to chassis surfaces.
