Product Overview
M74HC132YTTR is a high-speed CMOS quad 2-input Schmitt NAND gate fabricated with silicon gate C²MOS technology. The hysteresis characteristics (around 20% VCC) of all inputs allow slowly changing input signals to be transformed into sharply defined jitter-free output signals. All inputs are equipped with protection circuits against static discharge and transient excess voltage.
- Supply voltage range from 2V to 6V
- Output transition time is 30ns typical at (CL = 50pF, input tr = tf = 6ns, TA = 25°C)
- Propagation delay time is 13ns typical at (CL = 50pF, input tr = tf = 6ns, TA = 25°C)
- Input capacitance is 5pF typical at (TA = 25°C)
- Balanced propagation delays: tPLH ≅ tPHL
- ESD performance is (HBM: 2kV), (MM: 200V), (CDM: 1kV)
- Operating temperature range from -40°C to 125°C
- TSSOP14 package (automotive grade)
