RA4334K250 is a type RA radial PET film capacitor. It is constructed in an efficient rugged self encased size. The non-inductive multilayer metallized polyester film capacitor features a small size, high dv/dt capability, very low ESR at high frequency and a self-healing capability. RA type capacitor is ideal for use in high frequency switching power supplies, noise suppression, EMI reduction and long-life applications.
- 0.33uF capacitance, ±10% tolerance, 250VDC rated voltage
- Efficient size, self healing, low ESR/ESL
- High dv/dt, wave solderable
- 0.1 to 10µF capacitance range (at 1KHz), standard tolerance ±10% (K) capacitance tolerance
- 2 to 6nH self inductance (typical), 75V/us maximum dv/dt
- Mil Std 202 method 204D vibration
- Capacitance change is ≤ 2.0% solder resistance
- Dimension (L x H x D) is 0.450 x 0.330 x 0.025inch
- Operating temperature range from -55 to 125°C
