NME1S0505SC is a NME1 series isolated 1W single output DC-DC converter in SIP package. It is suited to isolating and/or converting DC power rails. The galvanic isolation allows the device to be configured to provide an isolated negative rail in systems where only positive rails exist. The wide temperature range guarantees startup from –40°C up to 115°C.
- Nominal voltage is 5VDC
- Output voltage is 5VDC, maximum output current is 200mA
- Efficiency (type) is 72%, switching frequency is 120KHz
- UL62368-1 recognized
- 1KVDC isolation ‘hi pot test’
- Operation up to 115°C (with derating)
- Industry standard pinout
- Fully encapsulated with toroidal magnetics
- No electrolytic or tantalum capacitors
