C912ZVML31L0WKH is a S12ZVM family, 16bit S12 MagniV® S12ZVM mixed-signal microcontroller. It offers the smallest, efficient, and scalable 3-phase motor control solution for Brushless Direct Current (BLDC) motor, Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor (PMSM), or Switched Reluctance Motor (SRM) control applications. The S12ZVM MCU integrates a 12V to 5V voltage regulator, LIN physical layer or CAN physical layer, and a Gate Driver Unit (GDU) to control six power MOSFETs.
- Enhanced S12Z core at 50MHz bus speed
- 6-ch PMF 15bit PWM for motor control with dead time, fault management
- Dual 12-bit analogue to digital converter (ADC)
- Programmable trigger unit (PTU) to synchronize ADC conversions
- 3.5 to 20-volt operating range
- Gate drive unit (GDU) for six power MOSFETs
- Up to 2 op-amp for current measurement/sensing
- 32kB program memory size, 4kB RAM memory size
- 64-pin LQFP-EP package
- Operating temperature range from -40°C to +150°C
