C9S12ZVL32L0MLC is a S12ZVL family, S12 MagniV mixed-signal microcontroller. It offers a low-cost, highly integrated solution for space-constrained automotive LIN nodes. The S12ZVL integrates a sophisticated S12Z core with a 12V to 5V voltage regulator and a LIN physical layer transceiver for applications such as sensor interfaces, actuators, switch panels or ambient lighting.
- S12Z core - 32MHz bus speed
- Analog comparator and DAC
- 12V Vreg to supply device + ext comp- 70mA total (170mA with ext. ballast)
- LIN physical layer
- On-chip RC-oscillator trimmed to 1.3% accuracy, no ext xtal required on LIN
- 16 bit data bus width
- 32kB program memory size
- 1kB RAM memory size
- 5.5V to 18V supply voltage
- 32-pin LQFP package, -40°C to 125°C operating temperature
