The R24P22005D from Recom Power is a 2W DC to DC converter in 7 pin SIP package. This DC to DC converter is especially designed for SiC MOSFET drivers and it comes with two asymmetric outputs. A special feature of this converter is output power sharing, it can be used with equal power (asymmetrical current) or equal current (asymmetrical power) loads. It offers high 5.2KVDC/1minute isolation and operates in temperature which meets harsh environmental requirements.

- Output voltage is 20VDC/-5VDC
- Output current is 50mA/-200mA and ±80mA
- Typical efficiency of 84% and 85%
- Maximum capacitive load of 47µF/680µF
- Operating temperature range from -40°C to +95°C
- Maximum isolation capacitance is 10pF
- Minimum isolation resistance is 15Gohm
